Certes technologies developed a clip on microphone aimed at public speakers that replaces other invasive microphone systems. There initial idea was well received by the public, however their confusing design was not allowing them to have sufficient sales to justify having such a product.

Process
Together with Certes technologies, we redesigned the product around the customer journey and identity. In the process we simplified the servicing of the microphone, as well as reduced its amount of part by 50%.

Results
