A startup approached us with an electric vehicle which was similar to what was on the market. Due to the small financial capacity of the startup, we agreed to be partly paid in shares.

Process
We investigated the market and startup knowledge to leverage a new business opportunity from their motivation and project. This lead to the use of electric vehicle to the delivery market by leveraging the low operation costs and existing e-mobility solutions. We designed a first low centre of gravity prototype according to RMR design principles which were to avoid adding non-functional elements to their design and keeping it simple.

Results
